Summer Youth

Eating at fastfood restaurants this summer one would notice that most of the crew look like high school students, and they are. When school is on, you would see that a good portion of these fastfood crews are much older, when summer rolls along though most of them get replaced by the adolescent workforce. One would rationally think that these older workers would only be willing to give up the work if they can find some work of equal value elsewhere during this warm season. I wonder where at and what that is.
