Finite

We live pathetically short lives. If I have about 40 years left, that's only about 14,600 days. Everyday we make conscious and unconscious decisions on how we should spend our day. Some things we choose to do, some we have no choice. I have learned not to waste a lot of my time worrying too much about the little things. As a result, I dont blow up when things dont go my way. Like last weekend, I was driving around a friend who was in town for a visit. We parked at a grocery store and when we came out my car was rear-ended by somebody who didnt leave a note. I shrugged my shoulders and told my friend that we should look for the nice restaurant I was telling him about so we could get some dinner. Time's a wasting.
